Shopping Spree
Another round of shopping for me and my sis. I think the last time we shopped together was during my visit to Europe, way back in spring last year. I know she’s damn excited to be able to shop here in Malaysia without really considering the amount or money exchange! Of course, she’s still comparing the price here with the one sold in Europe.
She visited me at KLCC (or I escaped from office early?) on Friday afternoon and have a simple lunch at BK. Sara was cranky as she’s sleepy and rejected a few makanan i bought for her. My bro in law was at Bukit Jalil for business matter and left us at KLCC for window shopping. We played a full Manhattan look on those people with Prada, Gucci, LV handbag, testing our knowledge on differentiating the original and imitation. Haha. Dasar pompuan!
We also visit various prominent stores looking for a cool handbag for my sis and for my hantaran (oops?). Finally, my sis settled with her new-damn expensive-i loike Salvatore Ferragamo handbag worth ribu riban! I’m also eyeing at the new Coach handbag worth half of my sis’ bag (to my sayang who’s reading this.. i love that Coach bag!!!! Hahaha) But I’m still rationale and stingy as always. I don’t think I would spend a lot of money just on a handbag. Even though it’s the coolest thing on earth to own such bag, I’m still kedekut and sayang my moneyyyyyy (but if someone insists to give it as a present, it would be very much welcome! *wink*)
On Saturday, we went to Sogo for another shopping spree. This time we’re aiming for household items as it offers up to 70% discount! My sis end up buying a new quilt set. Maknosia toksah cerita lah. Macam semut! Oh, there’s another round of sale going on at Sogo starting 5th September with further mark down (I heard its being offered up to 80%).
Our interest at Sogo is just to grab a quilt set. We then head straight to Ikano where we did quite a lot of shopping. I spent few hundred bucks on my new bedsheet cover that is going to be placed on my wedding bed (yeah, sedikit over to start buying things for the big day when we don’t even settled on any date yet! But who cares!). It’s made in India and looks simply exquisite. I also end up buying a new Jean Perry bolster! My old (it was my sis’ actually) bolster dah sangat usang. It’s time to change to a new one! I bought it at the Brand Outlet only at RM27!
Our last day for shopping is at One Utama. It’s been years since I last went there. I usually go there with my sis so with her being thousand miles apart, I don’t have the urge to go there anymore. In OU alone I spent another few hundred on new dress and leather heels. Those items were not even listed in my to-buy list! Haih, bila kuar dgn akak aku je, duit mcm air!
My sis and family went back to JB on Monday morning and I completed another weekend without staying home.. he he
Oh, it's my Sis' birthday too! Happy birthday sista!!!!!!! dah tua2 ni tak payah adiah la kot? hahaha
